AAM PANNA
Aam Panna is a refreshing Indian summer drink made from raw mangoes, typically flavored with mint, cumin, and sugar. It`s both sweet and tangy, perfect for beating the heat. Some variations include adding black salt or chaat masala for extra flavor. The drink is often served chilled with ice cubes and garnished with fresh mint leaves. It`s not only delicious but also known for its cooling properties and ability to prevent heat strokes during hot summer months. You can adjust the sugar as per your preference. Pressure cooking the raw mango is very important. Do make this refreshing drink with fresh raw mangoes in summers!
