Ajjwain Onion Bhajiya  Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ Cup Onion Slices
  • ½ cup chopped carom leaves
  • 6 tbsp Besan
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • Pinch of Hing
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 tbsp water
  • Salt to taste

Other ingredients

  • Oil for frying

METHOD

For the batter

  1. In a bowl mix everything together until well combined
  2. Heat oil for frying
  3. Pour in spoonful of the batter into hot oil and make bhajiyas
  4. Fry these until crispy and serve hot with green chutney and ketchup

To serve

  2. Ketchup
