The crunchy almonds complement the chocolate beautifully. Almonds and dark chocolate go together so well, you won’t stop binging on hese treats.

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Cup Chopped Dark Chocolate
- ½ Cup Almonds
- ½ tsp Oil
- Sea salt to sprinkle (optional)

METHOD
- In a pan, heat some oil and roast the almonds, till they turn crunchy. Let them cool down once roasted.
- In a double boiler, melt the chopped dark chocolate until smooth.
- In a bowl mix together almonds and dark chocolate.
- Line a tray with a parchment paper.
- With a spoon, scoop out a spoonful if the mix and place on the parchment paper. Make sure you get enough almonds and chocolate too.
- Sprinkle the sea salt.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until they set.
- Keep in an air tight box and eat at your convenience.
