INGREDIENTS
2 cups slit chopped ladyfingers
1 cup chopped, peeled boiled potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp hing
1/2 tsp garlic green chilly paste
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
METHOD
In a pan heat oil and sauté jeera, garlic green chilly paste.
Add in chopped onions, hing and ladyfingers.
Mix in chopped ladyfingers and salt to taste.
Cover and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add in chopped potatoes and all the masalas.
Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Finish by adding coriander leaves and serve hot with chappatis.
