ALOO RAITA
This delicious raita will go well with your daily meal. Replace your ordinary raitas or salads with this amazing aloo raita. Who doesn’t love potatoes? So easily made by mixing a few ingredients ad finished by tempering generosly with spices. Curd as the base of the raita it takes potatoes to a whole new level. do try it.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup chilled curds
- ½ cup boiled, peeled and chopped potatoes
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ tsp rai (mustard seeds)
- 2 kadi patta
- 2 round red Kashmiri chillies
- A pinch of asofoetida (hing)
- A pinch of chilli powder
For the seasoning
METHOD
- Stir the curds in a bowl till you get a smooth paste.
- Add the potatoes, salt and chilli powder to taste.
- Heat the oil, add the rai, kadi patta, kashmiri chillies, hing, chilli powder.
- Let it crackle and add to the curds potato mixture.
- Mix well and serve.
