BEING VEGETARIAN

A whole new world has opened up out there for being vegetarian now. In earlier times when you told people that you were a vegetarian the comment you would get was “how boring, what do you eat?” Not anymore! Internationally vegan options now are available in all cities. It is not difficult to get vegetarian food anywhere in the world now. Vegetarian ingredients are simple and can easily be processed into different flavourful dishes. Cooked in different sauces they result in creative, nutritious and scrumptious recipes. I have grown up being a vegetarian, very happy to be one. The obvious reasons to being a vegetarian are a) healthy b) cruelty in killing animals. Molecular gastronomy, fusion food are all available for the vegetarian palate. I am proud to be a vegetarian as you can have nutritious, healthy and delicious food being a vegetarian. The options and range of food available now for vegetarians is diverse and in plenty. Cooking at home and eating out has really tasty vegetarian food options available now. Some restaurants have vegan and jain options now. I have written this book to help those who want to eat more vegetarian food find exciting options!
