Basic Tomato Puree

INGREDIENTS
5-6 Ripe Tomatoes
Water
METHOD
Cut slits on the tomato horizontally and vertically.
Transfer these Tomatoes to boiling water and blanch them.
Once done, remove and let them cool down.
Transfer the blanched Tomatoes to a blender jar and blend into a smooth puree.
Sieve the puree, deep freeze and use at your convenience.
