            INGREDIENTS
- 5-6 Ripe Tomatoes
 - Water
 
METHOD
- Cut slits on the tomato horizontally and vertically.
 - Transfer these Tomatoes to boiling water and blanch them.
 - Once done, remove and let them cool down.
 - Transfer the blanched Tomatoes to a blender jar and blend into a smooth puree.
 - Sieve the puree, deep freeze and use at your convenience.
