BASIC TORTILLA ROTIS
These really are the best ever homemade half and half flour tortillas, no one can believe how easy and delicious they are! They`re perfect for wraps, burritos, quesadillas and parathas too. These homemade flour tortillas are soft and flavorful. They can be made in advance and deep freezed. You can warm and use them for your recipes. This recipe gives out the perfect soft tortillas, made with a combination of wheat and maida it is an absolutely foolproof recipe. Use them to make anything and they always work wonderfully. Do try this recipe and store your homemade tortillas.

Makes
6 (7 inch diameter rotis)
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Maida
½ Cup Wheat Flour
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Water to knead the dough
METHOD
In a plate mix all the ingredients together and knead a soft dough with water.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out into rotis.
Roast the rotis on a pan, flip and partially cook on both sides.
You can deep freeze these rotis and use when needed.
