BOONDI AND PINEAPPLE RAITA
Boondi and Pineapple Raita is the best accompaniment to serve with Biryanis or like a salad to serve inlunch or dinner. This is a twist on the classic boondi raita. Sweet and salty makes a perfect combination. Just the addition of Pineapples, takes this raita to a whole other level. do try this and serve o your next lunch/dinner party and pair with your favourite biryani.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups curds
½ cup boondi
½ cup chopped pineapple (tinned pineapple)
Salt and chilli powder to taste
2 tsp chopped coriander
METHOD
In a bowl stir the curds till they form a smooth texture.
Add the boondi, pineapple, salt, chilli powder to taste.
Garnish with chopped coriander
Serve immediately
