BOURBON BISCUIT CAKE

1 cake
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Crushed bourbon biscuit
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¾ cup milk
Few drops of Vanilla essence
Other ingredients
¾ Cup Chocolate Ganache
Crushed biscuits
METHOD
For the batter
Mix all the ingredients together.
Transfer this batter to a greased 6 inch tin.
Bake this at 180C for 15 minutes or until cooked throughout.
Once baked let it cool down for 5-10 minutes and demold it.
Cut the cake into 2 and apply sugar syrup on both halves.
To serve
Spread some chocolate ganache on one part of the cake
Cover with the other half.
Decorate with crushed biscuits and chocolate ganache.
