CHEESE BALLS
This is the best appetizer and I’m sure everyone loves it. Soft and gooey from the inside, hard and crunchy from the outside. These cheese ball recipe is a foolproof recipe and works every single time. Finely chopped green chillies just add on to the wow factor with a kick of spice. This recipe does not use any breadcrumbs for coating, they are so good and crispy even without the coat. INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups Grated Cheese
¾ cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp cornflour
Pepper to taste
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Oil for frying
METHOD
In a plate, add in all the ingredients.
Mix and knead a dough.
Divide the dough into 18 equal pieces.
Heat oil for frying and fry these cheese balls on medium flame.
Serve hot with ketchup or pizza sauce.
