CHICKPEA FLOUR
This chickpea flour is made from 100% whole chickpea grains. Chickpea flour can be used as an alternative to normal chickpea flour (besan) and has a better , sweeter taste & texture. This nutrition-dense and energy-rich wholesome flour can be used to make a variety of breakfast/dinner/ recipes like falafels, ready-to-make hummus, porridge, crepes, pancakes, bread, burger patty, cakes & desserts. Chickpeas are rich in iron, fibre, proteins, and calcium. Eating them regularly in form of any recipe may improve brain health. May help with iron deficiency. Chickpea flour is famous for its high protein content. Read the recipe and follow the steps correctly to get the best results. You can store this flour in a container for a long time. Do make it and replace your regular besan!

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Whole chickpeas
1 ½ cups water
METHOD
Soak chickpeas overnight in 1 ½ cups water.
Transfer this to an oven tray and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C until the water evaporates and dries.
Once done, cool this down and then blend into a fine powder.
Store in a container and use when needed.
