CHICKPEA SCRAMBLE
this one`s for all the vegans out there. It is an amazing breakfast or snack option for all vegetarians. Have you heard of an eggless scramble ? This is an amazing egg replacement recipe known as chickpea scramble. Made from white chickpea flour, which can be made at home too by coursely grinding chickpeas into a fine powder. This recipe is a game changer for everyone trying to eat healthier. Chickpeas are extremely nutritious and this can be made in a jiffy. Do try it and let us know how you like it.

INGREDIENTS
To mix
1 Cup White Chickpea flour
¾ Cup water
¼ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp soda bi carb
Black salt to taste
Other ingredients
2 tbsp oil
For garnish
Finely chopped green spring onion
METHOD
For the batter
In a bowl mix all the ingredients to make a semi thick batter.
How to proceed
In a pan add oil , heat on a slow flame. Roll the oil all over the pan.
Add the chick pea batter all over the pan .
Let it cook and stir well for a minute to make a scramble.
Serve hot immediately.
Garnish with spring onions and serve.
