INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Cup boiled hakka noodles
- ¼ cup sliced onion
- ¼ cup sliced red capsicum
- ¼ cup sliced yellow capsicum
- ¼ cup sliced green capsicum
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup sliced cabbage
- ¼ cup sliced boiled carrots
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion green part
- 2 tsp red chilli garlic paste
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 ladi Pav
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp Soya Sauce
- ¼ tsp Chilli garlic paste
- 1 tsp Spring Onion (Green part)
- 1 tsp spring onion (white part)

METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and saute ginger garlic paste, all the vegetables for a minute.
- Add in hakka noodles, soya sauce, chilli garlic paste, spring onions and salt to taste.
- Cook for a minute.
- In a pan heat oil and add chilly garlic paste, soya sauce and spring onion green & white part.
- Place the ladi pav and roast the pav in this.
- Serve the pav hot with bhaji
