Chinese Pav Bhaji

INGREDIENTS
¾ Cup boiled hakka noodles
¼ cup sliced onion
¼ cup sliced red capsicum
¼ cup sliced yellow capsicum
¼ cup sliced green capsicum
½ cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup sliced cabbage
¼ cup sliced boiled carrots
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp chopped spring onion green part
2 tsp red chilli garlic paste
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Sesame oil
Other ingredients
3 ladi Pav
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp Soya Sauce
¼ tsp Chilli garlic paste
1 tsp Spring Onion (Green part)
1 tsp spring onion (white part)
METHOD
For the bhaji
In a pan heat oil and saute ginger garlic paste, all the vegetables for a minute.
Add in hakka noodles, soya sauce, chilli garlic paste, spring onions and salt to taste.
Cook for a minute.
For the pav
In a pan heat oil and add chilly garlic paste, soya sauce and spring onion green & white part.
Place the ladi pav and roast the pav in this.
To serve
Serve the pav hot with bhaji
