INGREDIENTS
1 1 /2 cups chopped dark cooking chocolate
1 cup cream
METHOD
Heat the cream in a pan.
Add in the Chocolate and mix well until it melts completely.
Let is come down to room temperature and use it to garnish cakes or add as a filling.
