INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Boiled Rice
Oil for frying
METHOD
Bake 2 cups of boiled rice in a preheated oven at 180C for 7 to 10 minutes till it becomes dry.
Deep fry the rice just before you are going to serve.
Top up crispy rice on a hot soup or a salad.
