INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Boiled Rice
  • Oil for frying

METHOD

  1. Bake 2 cups of boiled rice in a preheated oven at 180C for 7 to 10 minutes till it becomes dry.
  2. Deep fry the rice just before you are going to serve.
