Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups ladyfingers bhindi (cut into 2 vertically)
2 tbsp besan
½ Cup curds
2 tbsp chopped onions
A pinch of asofoetida (hing)
¼ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tbsp oil
METHOD
In a vessel heat the oil, add the asofoetida, cumin seeds, onions and saute for a minute.
Add the ladyfingers, salt to taste and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add the besan, turmeric powder, dhania powder, chilli powder and curd.
Saute it for 3 minutes.
Serve hot with chapati or steamed rice.
