INGREDIENTS
8 apple slices (hole cut out in the centre)
For the batter
½ cup maida
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
½ cup milk
Pinch of salt
Other ingredients
Oil for frying
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp powdered sugar
METHOD
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and make a smooth batter.
Coat the apple slices in the batter.
Heat oil for frying and fry these coated apple slices until golden brown.
To serve
In a bowl mix together cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Sprinkle this powder on the deep fried apple slices.
Serve hot immediately.
