INGREDIENTS
- 4 drumsticks (Peel and cut into big pieces)
- ½ Cup Chopped Onions
- ½ Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 Cups Water
- ½ tsp oil
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp oregano
- Salt to taste

METHOD
- In the pressure cooker add in drumsticks, onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and 2 cups water.
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Once done, let the pressure release and then let the mixture cool down.
- Once cooled down, transfer to a blender and blend into a paste.
- Strain the soup and transfer to a bowl.
- In a pan heat oil and saute oregano, turmeric powder.
- Add in the blended soup and salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
