INGREDIENTS
To sieve
2 cups refined flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
Other ingredients
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 cup cura
1 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
½ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
METHOD
In a bowl sieve together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and set aside.
Whisk together the sugar, curd, oil, milk and vinegar in a separate bowl until the sugar dissolves.
Add the dry ingredients to this mixture and mix well.
Add the vanilla essence.
Line a 9 inch loose bottom cake pan with butter and flour.
Transfer the batter to the cake pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out
