FRENCH BEANS WITH NEEM AND COCONUT
This healthy and delicious combination of French beans with neem and coconut makes a great addition to your meal. An amazing healthy salad option full of Indian flavours. INGREDIENTS
¼ cup chopped and roasted neem leaves
¼ cup grated and roasted coconut
2 cups boiled and chopped French beans
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp dhania powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp jeera powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
METHOD
In a vessel heat the oil. Add the onions, dhania powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder and saute for ½ minute.
Add the neem leaves and coconut and saute for ½ minute.
Add the French beans, lemon juice, chilli powder, salt to taste and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
