FRENCH BEANS WITH NEEM AND COCONUT

INGREDIENTS

    • ¼ cup chopped and roasted neem leaves
    • ¼ cup grated and roasted coconut
    • 2 cups boiled and chopped French beans
    • 2 tbsp chopped onions
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • ½ tsp dhania powder
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • ½ tsp jeera powder
    • ¼ tsp chilli powder
    • ½ tsp lemon juice
    • Salt to taste

METHOD

    1. In a vessel heat the oil. Add the onions, dhania powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder and saute for ½ minute.
    2. Add the neem leaves and coconut and saute for ½ minute.
    3. Add the French beans, lemon juice, chilli powder, salt to taste and cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Serve hot.
