FRIED PURIS
Puri as we know and love is a type of deep-fried bread, made from wheat flour, originated in India. Puris are most commonly served in lunch or dinner. Puri bhaji is quite famous in breakfast too. Basic puri recipe is made with whole wheat flour, salt, and water. These are only three ingredients you need. Little bit of oil to bind it all together. This is the best Indian bread and everyone`s all time favourite. I`m sure you all can relate to this. Who doesn`t love puri ? Puris are so versatile you can pair them with absolutely anything and it goes so well. This is a basic recipe, you can your choice of masalas too in this if you prefer to have it, but this classic puri recipe cannot go wrong!

INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Flour
½ tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Water to knead the dough
Oil for frying
METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out the puris.
Heat oil for frying. Fry the puris until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
