GOBI 65
This is the perfect starter recipe to wow your guests! A simple ingredient as cauliflower taken to a whole new level. This starter balances all flavors and textures including crispy on the outside soft on the inside, has a perfect sour and spicy combination going on. This dish is also featured on the legendary film Tarla so here`s our version of the Gobi 65. A lovely twist to a simple ingredient, this recipe will get your kid`s to eat cauliflower everyday.

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
2 cups par boiled cauliflower florets
To marinate
½ cup curds
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp oil
1 tsp coriander
Sal to taste
½ tsp lemon juice
To coat
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp corn flour
To saute
Oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp curds
A pinch of salt
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients to marinate together.
Add to the cauliflower florets and let it stay for 3 minutes.
How to proceed
Add the rice flour and corn flour to the cauliflower florets.
Deep fry or air fry the cauliflower.
In a vessel heat the oil, add the cumin seeds and saute.
Add the cauliflower florets, curds , chilli powder and a pinch of salt.
Sauté for 15 seconds.
To serve
Serve immediately with toothpicks.
