GREEN CHILLI THECHA
Thecha is a spicy condiment prepared in Maharashtra. It`s everyone`s favourite and rightly so. The primary ingredients are green chillies, peanuts and garlic tempered in oil with salt. We have added coriander also to give the beautiful green colour and earthy taste. This recipe is definitely worth a try! You can pair this thecha with your meals, have it with parathas or thaali peeth. This is a maharashtrian classic and so so good. Maharashtrian Thecha is a fiery and flavourful chilli-garlic chutney. This condiment is renowned for its bold and intense taste, combining the heat of green chilies with the pungent kick of garlic. Do try this recipe and let us know how you like it.

½ Cup
INGREDIENTS
4 Green chillies Chopped
7-8 Garlic cloves
3 tbsp Peanuts (roasted and deskinned)
¼ Cup Coriander
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
METHOD
In a pan heat oil sauté green chilies and garlic cloves for 1 minute.
Add in peanuts and salt, sauté until golden brown.
Add in coriander and mix well. Let this cool down.
Transfer this to a blender and pulse it tills you form a chunky paste.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Use at your convenience.
