Green Garlic Chutney Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup coriander
  • 8-9 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • ½ slit green chilli
  • ¼ tsp ginger chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped green garlic green part
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic white part
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. In a blender jar add in all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with parathas.
