INGREDIENTS
½ cup wheat flour
½ cup chopped green garlic (green part)
½ tsp garlic ginger paste
½ tsp Sesame seeds
¼ tsp red chili powder
Pinch of hing
½ tsp Jeera powder
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp spring onion green part
Salt to taste
½ tbsp Oil
Oil to make the parathas
METHOD
In a plate, add in all the ingredients and mix well.
Knead a soft dough with water.
Divide into 5 equal portions and roll out parathas.
Heat oil in a pan and cook parathas on both the sides.
Serve hot.
