Green Garlic Paratha Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup chopped green garlic (green part)
  • ½ tsp garlic ginger paste
  • ½ tsp Sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • Pinch of hing
  • ½ tsp Jeera powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp spring onion green part
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp Oil

Oil to make the parathas

METHOD

  1. In a plate, add in all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Knead a soft dough with water.
  3. Divide into 5 equal portions and roll out parathas.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook parathas on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
