INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup boiled green peas
- 3 tbsp boiled peeled chopped potatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- ¾ cup water
- 1 ½ cup green peas
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- ½ tsp grated garlic
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ cup water
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped green spring onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp grated cheese

METHOD
- In a blender jar, add in green peas, potatoes and mint leaves.
- Add in water and blend into a smooth puree.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil, add garlic, onions, and sauté.
- Add oregano, spring onion greens, and pureed soup.
- Add water, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and cook until it boils.
- Top with grated cheese and serve hot.
