GUD TIL MAKHANA
Til Gud Makhana are the perfect Sankrant snack. Makar sankranti is approaching and what better than celebrating it with healthy and tasty sweets. Trust me you are going to love these guilt-free Delicious bites as they are packed with protein and loaded with all the feel-good sweetness. Makhana are so very well roasted and later mixed in healthy sweet jaggery caramel! The sesame seeds add just the right amount of crunch to the makhanas with the nuttiness from dedicated coconut and peanuts this is the best makhana recipe ever! Almost seems like jaggery caramel makhana. Do enjoy these bites and let us know how you like it.

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Roasted Makhana
¾ Cup Jaggery
2 tbsp powdered peanuts
¼ cup desiccated coconut
¼ tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp powdered fennel seeds
1 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
METHOD
In a pan, add jaggery . Keep stirring and let it melt.
Once melted and cooked for 30 seconds, add in roasted makhana. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add in sesame seeds and desiccated coconut, peanuts, cardamom powder, powdered fennel seeds and mix well.
Cook for a minute and remove from heat.
Let this cool down and separate from each other.
Store in an airtight container.
