HALLOWEEN COIN SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS
- ½ tbsp Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 4 Bread Slices
- Black Olives (2 per sandwich)
- Finely Chopped Carrots
- Sliced Green Olives
METHOD
- With a round cookie cutter cut out coins from the bread slices.
- In a bowl mix the curd and mustard sauce together.
- Apply the sauce on the coins, top up with the black olives as the eyes, carrot as the nose and sliced green olives as the mouth.
- Serve
