HALLOWEEN COIN SANDWICHES Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tbsp Mustard Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 4 Bread Slices
  • Black Olives (2 per sandwich)
  • Finely Chopped Carrots
  • Sliced Green Olives

METHOD

  1. With a round cookie cutter cut out coins from the bread slices.
  2. In a bowl mix the curd and mustard sauce together.
  3. Apply the sauce on the coins, top up with the black olives as the eyes, carrot as the nose and sliced green olives as the mouth.
  4. Serve
