- ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- ¼ Cup Wate
- ½ tsp Barley Seeds
- ¼ Cup Water
- ½ tsp Onion Seeds (Kalonji)
- ¼ Cup Water
- ½ tsp Chia Seeds
- ¼ Cup Water
- ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ¼ Cup Water
For the Fenugreek Water (methi dana )
For the Barley Water
For the Kalonji water
For the Chia Seed water
For the Jeera Water
METHOD
- Take shot glasses, soak the seeds separately in ¼ cup water.
- Mix the water with a spoon before consuming.
- Consume on empty stomach for better results.
- Squeeze lemon juice just before consuming the Chia Seed Water.
