INGREDIENTS

For the Fenugreek Water (methi dana )

  • ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Water

For the Barley Water

  • ½ tsp Barley Seeds

  • ¼ Cup Water

For the Kalonji water

  • ½ tsp Onion Seeds (Kalonji)

  • ¼ Cup Water

For the Chia Seed water

  • ½ tsp Chia Seeds

  • ¼ Cup Water

  • ¼ tsp Lemon Juice

For the Jeera Water

  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

  • ¼ Cup Water

METHOD

  1. Take shot glasses, soak the seeds separately in ¼ cup water.
  2. Mix the water with a spoon before consuming.
  3. Consume on empty stomach for better results.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice just before consuming the Chia Seed Water.

Barley Water :
