INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup white beans (soak for 4 hours)
- 1 Cup tomato puree
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 1 tsp garlic green chilli paste
- 1 tsp corn flour + 1 tbsp water
- ½ tsp oregano
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
METHOD
- Soak white beans for 4 hours
- Pressure cook these for 6-7 whistles.
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic green chilli paste and onions. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add in tomato puree, red chilli powder, ketchup, celery, oregano, and salt to taste.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add in boiled beans and cook for 1 minute.
- Finish by adding cornflour slurry, stir well and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot with buttered toast.
