Homemade Paneer Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar

METHOD

  1. Boil milk in a pan.
  2. Add in vinegar and let the milk curdle.
  3. Once done, pass it through a sieve.
  4. The residue paneer water is your homemade whey water, very high in protein. You can consume that.
  5. Add some cold water to the strained paneer to wash it down.
  6. Let the water drain out completely and you can use this scrambled paneer or apply some pressure on the paneer and let it get firm.
  7. Once done, you can cut it into the desired shape and use at your convenience.
