INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Peanuts
- 2 tsp Honey
- Pinch of Salt
METHOD
- Roast peanuts in a pan.
- Once done, cool down the peanuts and then remove the peel of the peanuts.
- In a blender, add the roasted peanuts and blend it for 6-7 minutes.
- First the peanuts will turn into a powder, then lumps will form and then the oil starts to release.
- Once oil starts releasing add in honey, and pinch of salt.
- Blend it for another 2-3 minutes until it turns smooth.
- Transfer and store in a jar and refrigerate.
