HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Peanuts
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • Pinch of Salt

METHOD

  1. Roast peanuts in a pan.
  2. Once done, cool down the peanuts and then remove the peel of the peanuts.
  3. In a blender, add the roasted peanuts and blend it for 6-7 minutes.
  4. First the peanuts will turn into a powder, then lumps will form and then the oil starts to release.
  5. Once oil starts releasing add in honey, and pinch of salt.
  6. Blend it for another 2-3 minutes until it turns smooth.
  7. Transfer and store in a jar and refrigerate.
