HOT CHOCOLATE Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup full-fat milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp powdered sugar

For garnish

  • Whipped cream
  • Grated chocolate

METHOD

  1. In a non-stick vessel heat the milk, add the sugar, cocoa powder, and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the vanilla essence and cinnamon powder and let it simmer for 2 minutes.

To serve

  1. Serve hot. Add the whipped cream and grated chocolate before serving.
