HOT TODDY
This is the non alcoholic version of the classic hot toddy! u can turn to a hot toddy to warm up. This steaming cup of liquor and tea with a little lemon and honey is both simple and fantastic, and that`s why it`s long been a favorite among hot cocktails.
The toddy is actually an old-fashioned style of cocktail that has been around for well over a century & originated in india. While it can be served either hot or cold, the hot toddy is more popular today. By definition, a toddy is a drink with a brewed tea, honey, lemon juice and a variety of spices . Spices we have used here are cloves, cinnamon and pepper corns. You can even add star anise and an orange slice to give the wow factor. Do make this recipe and enjoy!

1 glass
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cup Hot brewed tea (Boil 1 ½ cups water + ½ tsp tea)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 Cinnamon stick
3 cloves
3 peppercorns
1 Orange slice
METHOD
In a glass add in lemon juice, honey, cloves and peppercorn.
Add in hot brewed tea and stir well with a cinnamon stick.
Add in the orange slice and serve hot.
