INSTANT KIMCHI
Kimchi is a traditional Korean side dish made from fermented vegetables. But this recipe is an instant version of the kimchi! this is the best side dish you can make in a jiffy and is so so tasty. The procedure is so quick and simple that you will end up making it every time. Pairs best with Korean or oriental food. It is spicy, sweet and sour all at the same time, feels like a party in your mouth.

1 Cup
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Chopped Cabbage (Thick Pieces)
½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 ½ tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
METHOD
In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Store in an airtight container and use when needed.
