Jain Paneer Kofta Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

For the Kofta

  • 150GMs paneer
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 ½  tbsp Maida
  • ½ tsp Ginger Green Chilli paste
  • Salt to taste

Oil for frying

METHOD

For the Kofta

  1. Crumble the paneer and add in a plate.
  2. Add in all the other ingredients and mash the mixture with your hands properly for 2 minutes.
  3. Once mixed together, divide into 8 pieces and make balls of them.
  4. Heat oil for frying the koftas.
  5. Fry these filled koftas on medium heat till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with any gravy of choice.
