Jhalmuri Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups roasted murmura
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup chopped boiled potatoes
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp aamchur
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

For garnish

  • 2 tbsp Sev
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Finish by adding coriander and Sev.
  3. Serve immediately.
