Serves 3
INGREDIENTS
2 cups roasted murmura
¼ cup chopped onions
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup chopped cucumber
¼ cup chopped boiled potatoes
1 tbsp tamarind chutney
1 tbsp green chutney
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp aamchur
¼ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp black salt
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
½ tsp lemon juice
For garnish
2 tbsp Sev
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
METHOD
In a bowl mix everything together until well combined.
Finish by adding coriander and Sev.
Serve immediately.
