Jowar (millet) Roti

INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Jowar Flour
1 tbsp Whole wheat flour
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough with 3 tbsp warm water.
Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out thin rotis.
Heat the pan and cook the roti on both sides.
Use a tong to cook the roti on a flame on both sides till they fluff up.
Serve hot with dal or vegetable.
