INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup Dessicated coconut
1 ½ cup milk
Pinch of cardamom powder
5-6 Kesar strands (Soaked in milk)
¾ Cup Sugar
For garnish

METHOD
Heat the ghee in a pan, add the coconut and sauté on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add the milk, sugar, cardamom powder and kesar.
Mix well and cook for about 30-45 minutes, while stirring occasionally and scraping the sides of the pan.
Transfer the mixture into a greased thali & spread it evenly using a flat ladle.
Top up with some warakh and let it cool down for 1 hour.
Cut the kopra pak into square pieces and serve or store in an air-tight container.
