¾ cup
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup Daliya (Fada/Lapsi grain)
2 tbsp ghee
1 Cup Water
Pinch of cardamom powder
Pinch of fennel seed powder
1/3 cup powdered jaggery
Other ingredients
1 tbsp Dessicated Coconut
1 tbsp chopped roasted almonds
1 tbsp chopped roasted cashews
METHOD
In a pressure cooker, add in ghee and saute daliya.
Add in jaggery, fennel seeds powder, cardamom powder.
Add in water, let the jaggery melt and then pressure cook it for 4-5 whistles.
Once cooked, release the pressure and open the pressure cooker.
Stir weekly and add in dessicated coconut, chopped roasted almonds and cashews. Mix well.
Serve hot or cold and enjoy.
