LASOONI METHI
This is a very quick and easy recipe! Extremely delicious and a must try for all the methi lover’s.️ The strong garlic punch to the amazing goodness of methi makes it extremely tasty. This is very healthy, both garlic and fenugreek have immense health benefits. It will boost your immunity and it tastes great too. The besan mixture acts as the gravy and changes the whole taste of the dish! Do try it and let us know how you like it!

Serves - 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Chopped Methi
1 tsp Oil
Pinch of hing
Salt and chilli powder to taste
Pinch of soda
Other ingredients
1 tsp oil
¼ cup chopped onions
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
2bsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp grated garlic
½ tsp jeera
¼ tsp hing
¼ tsp ginger green chilly paste
½ tsp Red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
For the besan mixture
¼ Cup Besan
1 ½ Cup Water
METHOD
For the methi
In a pan heat oil and sauté hing, chopped methi leaves, salt & chilli powder, pinch of soda.
Mix well and Cook for a minute.
For the besan mixture
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.
Stir well to avoid lumps.
How to proceed
In a pan heat oil and sauté cumin, hing, garlic, ginger green chilly paste,onions and tomatoes.
Add in salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and the prepared besan mixture. Stir well to avoid lumps and cook for a minute.
Add in the sauted methi and mix well, cook for 30 seconds.
Serve hot.
