LASOONI PALAK
This a very quick and easy recipe! Extremely delicious and a must try for all the spinach lover’s.️ the strong garlic punch to the amazing goodness of spinach makes it extremely appetising. This is very healthy, both garlic and spinach have immense health benefits. It will boost your immunity and it tastes great too. You can serve this as it is or add paneer,potatoes or other veggies of yor choice and serve as a base garvy. Do try it and let us know how you like it!

INGREDIENTS
- 4 bundles of spinach
- ½ tsp chopped ginger
- ½ tsp chopped green chillies
- 3 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp grated garlic
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp chick pea flour
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
- ½ chopped kashmiri chilli

METHOD
- Chop the spinach leaves and boil them in water for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the vessel add the ginger and green chillies and blend in a mixer.
- A spinach puree will be formed.
- In a vessel heat the oil, add the onions, garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the turmeric powder, garam masala and saute for ½ minute.
- Mix the chickpea flour and 2 tbsp water together.
- Add the spinach puree, salt to taste, chickpea water mixture and cook for ½ a minute.
- Heat the oil in a tadka vessel, add the sesame seeds and kashmiri chilli, when the seeds begin to crackle pour over the lasooni palak.
- Serve hot with naan or paratha.
