INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup chopped lauki (Peeled and chopped)
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 6-7 mint leaves
    • ¼ tsp ginger (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • ½ tsp lemon juice
    • ¼ tsp Jeera powder
    • ¼ tsp fennel seeds
    • Pinch black salt and pepper

METHOD

    1. In a blender jar add in all the ingredients.
    2. Blend into a smooth puree.
    3. Sieve the mixture and serve chilled immediately.
