Liquid Aloo Paratha Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup grated boiled potato
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp garlic ginger green chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp aamchur
  • 1/4 tsp kasturi methi
  • A Pinch of hing
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tsp kalonji seeds
  • ¾ Cup Water

Oil for making the paratha

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.
  2. Heat a pan and brush some oil.
  3. Pour in the batter to make parathas.
  4. Flip and cook on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with pickle and curd.
