INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup grated boiled potato
½ Cup Flour
1 tsp garlic ginger green chilli paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp aamchur
1/4 tsp kasturi methi
A Pinch of hing
1/4 tsp Jeera
1/4 tsp kalonji seeds
¾ Cup Water
Oil for making the paratha
METHOD
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together to form a batter.
Heat a pan and brush some oil.
Pour in the batter to make parathas.
Flip and cook on both the sides.
Serve hot with pickle and curd.
