The perfect litchi drink! This is a homemade version of the famous Litchi Mogu Mogu! Do try it and enjoy the fresh litchis. The coconut jelly is the wow factor for this drink. Super easy to make and you can even serve the coconut jelly with any desserts. The pink colour looks so lovely that we get from the rose syrup. Do make it and enjoy

LITCHI MOGU MOGU Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ tsp Agar Agar

METHOD

  1. In a pan, heat the coconut water and mix in the powdered sugar.
  2. Later add in the agar agar powder and stir well.
  3. Boil the mixture and keep stirring.
  4. Set this mixture in a tray and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  5. Once set, cut into cubes.

To serve

  1. In tall glasses, add in the coconut jelly cubes first and top up with the lychee juice.
  2. Serve chilled.
