MAKHANA CHAAT
A very healthy chaat and can be made in a jiffy. Makhana Chaat, a lovely recipe and can be made in a jiffy. Makhanas are highly nutritious and Other common names include water lily seeds, popped lotus seeds, foxnut or gorgon nut! Low in fat and high in carbohydrates which makes it nutritionally distinct from other nuts. this recipe is a must try if you are a chaat lover. A completely unique chaat recipe which is delicious and healthy as well!

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup makhanas
1 tbsp oil
1 cup curd
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and chilli powder to taste
¼ tsp Coriander Powder
For garnish
Pomegranate
Tamarind chutney
Coriander Leaves
METHOD
Roast the makhana in oil for 3 to 4 minutes till firm.
How to proceed
In a bowl, whisk 1 Cup curd until smooth.
Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and sugar and mix well.
Add in the makhanas and mix.
To serve
Garnish with tamarind chutney, coriander leaves, pomegranate and serve immediately.
