MANGO AND CUCUMBER RAITA
A totally yummy summer Raita! This is the best salad you could eat to beat the heat and enjoy the mango season! Mangoes are so full of flavour and sweet that it lifts up this raita. Cucumber, Mangoes and Dil work together like a dream. chilled curd just brings it all together. Do try this recipe and let us know how you like it

INGREDIENTS
½ Cup peeled and chopped Mango
½ Cup peeled and chopped Cucumbers
1 ½ Cup Cold Curd
1 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
METHOD
In a bowl, beat curd until smooth.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Serve Cold.
