MANGO AND GRANOLA PARFAIT
This is a super breakfast idea, or makes a wholesome snack during the day. If you don’t have mango, you can use strawberry, grapes and bananas or any fruit of your choice. You can serve them in small glasses too, makes the perfect healthy dessert or tea time snack. this recipe balances out all textures so perfectly and taste very good. perfect way to enjoy the mango season.

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup curds
- ½ tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- ½ cup chopped mango
- ½ cup granola
- Honey
- Almond flakes
For the vanilla flavoured yoghurt mixture

METHOD
- Mix the yoghurt, honey, and vanilla essence together to form a smooth paste.
- Make a layer of vanilla yoghurt mixture on the bottom of the glass.
- A layer of granola to top it.
- A layer of mango to top it.
- Drizzle some honey and almond flakes
- A layer of granola to top it.
- A layer of vanilla flavoured yoghurt.
- Top with mangoes
- Drizzle some honey and almond flakes.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
