MANGO JAM

Who doesn`t love jam and who doesn`t love Mangoes ? Ready made jams have so many preservatives and chemicals, this 3 ingredient homemade jam recipe is a life saver. This recipe is so so so good, you`ll stop using store bought ones forever. This recipes comes together so quick and is extremely delicious. This recipe uses only 3 ingredients and it tastes fab. MANGO JAM Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cup chopped mangoes
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sugar

For garnish

  • Serve with bread, toast, butter or scones.

METHOD

  1. In a pan add in chopped Mangoes and sugar.
  2. Keep stirring and cook for 4-5 minutes until sugar melts and mangoes turn soft.
  3. With a masher mash the mangoes and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and let the jam cool down.
  5. Once cooled mix in lemon juice and store in an airtight container jar and refrigerate.
